Very common question I get from curious clients.
I would define Life Coaching as looking at the bigger picture in your “Life”. When working with my clients, we use a proven process that keeps a pulse of eight different categories:
Friends and Family
Fun - Yes, this is an important part of being engaged in your life
Physical Environment - Work and Living Conditions
Reviewing these areas help provide a moral compass in where an individual can be their best self. I have mentioned to my client to rephrase the term "Work - Life Balance" to “Life - Work balance”. Having a balanced “life” allows individuals to bring out their best “Work”.
What does a session look like?
During our 90 day program, we start with a two hour planning session to really dig deep to determine what your goals are. This is done by a successful coaching process that gets you to think more than just the surface items. We work together to track your results and progress to not only see where you are, but reflect and acknowledge where you came from. Which is such an important part of the equation. We set up a weekly touchpoint to discuss your success and opportunities for the follow week.
How are the sessions held?
This can be done in person, telephone, or online (Skype, Zoom, etc).
What if I am not sure if this is the right fit for me?
I offer a complimentary coaching session to determine if it is the right fit for you. This session is structured to get to know each other better and what specifically you are looking to get out of the program. It's a great way to start the conversation, and find out more.
